Online Shopping delivery is absolutely pathetic
If i could rate your online shopping service -5 it would still be too much. The delivery states 3-7 days.. Not working days.. Not 10 days later and no response from the call centre and no follow up call.

How much Makro knows about customer service/satisfaction is pathetic..
I have now spent the same amount of money again to go and buy food again. Pathetic.. I will definitely never be shopping at makro ever again.
