Online shopping affected by local store

Should have learnt from my previous experience…. Truly and utterly pathetic!

I don’t think it’s the online team but more so the actual store itself.

I have a purchase outstanding from the 20th of Feb and the online contact team cannot get hold of the store.

The store manager that is meant to release the package is never available for the drivers to sign for the parcel.
