Placed an order on 7 Nov 2017. According to the confirmation I have received " it can take up to 21 days to compile your purchase and we will notify you as soon as it is ready". It is now already 34 days and I have not received any feedback from Makro. Calls to the call centre was cut-off (to busy). I also did not get feedback on my 2 online inquiries which I have made 5 and 6 days ago.
