Worst online service ordered an item online payed for it but the status of my order is still saying awaiting payment even though the money was debited from my account. Tried calling their customer service and sent email also contacted them on WhatsApp but got no help! I'm just sad that I might never get my money back or even the item that I ordered and payed for!

Honestly I just want my money back now. I've wasted so much money on airtime calling them but got no help or whatsoever! Makro is the bottom barrel! The pits!
