Online shop is a waste of time

Terrible service from Springfield makro. I placed an online order on the 12 and made payment.... Took them 3 days on a Friday afternoon to inform me sorry we cancelling the order as they don't have the item... That stock was paid for it should have been pulled aside. It was still available when I placed an order. Took them three days... Flippen unprofessional. Always a problem with them online. Won't be shopping online at Makro again as it always goes to Springfield Durban as they are the closest and without fail there is an issue. That was the last.
