Good online experience, until for any reason you have an error when processing your payment. It has now been over 2 months my money has not been refunded. Every time you call, you're told it has been escalated to the Finance department. What're the SLAs ?

Very poor handling of sensitive cases involving money. Absolutely ridiculous!
