Online service very bad

Makro SA online please people be careful They are selling a low quality product, Seems like they out source from the sellers selling low quality. And again I didn't receive all everything I ordered. I tried make calls for refund until today nothing was done. Since I bought 9 months ago. I tried to get a refund unfortunately I didn't get my money until I give. I don't recommend it. The good delivery some things were splashed in the box things like shower gel and cooking oil. Makro must just leave this online thing is not foe them shame. They are failing. Not recommended at all and I will never ever buy anything online at makro. And I need my refund.
