Online Service Sucks

I placed an order on the 5th April a whole month later they delivered it after I cancelled it and requested a refund. Still no refund and stuck with an order I needed to wait for a whole month for and eventually had to purchase an order at a other online company. Poor customer service and wouldn't recommend shopping online at Makro
