Online service Pathetic and false information from staff
On the 31st/01/2020 i ordered an item online and was advised i would receive my product within 5 days.Still to date i havevent received anything i keep on calling they call center and be told i have to call dawn wing.i have made means 5 times to get my product still the call center keeps on lying and i spoke to Thando she promised my product will be delivered today.
little did i know she was just sweet talking to me and i spent over an hour with on the phone as she was busy getting my issue sorted.

10 Feb 2020, 13:28again i was promised that my item will be delivered yesterday today is Monday am still waiting after i told your guys that i need the item before 13:00 pm today. guess what is now 13:25 still no one has contacted me i had to contact that useless company call dawn wing again.
and what i have picked up makro and dawn wing they like playing a blame game with customers.
This would be the last time i have used your services really pathetic service i have received.
