Online service is really poor

I called 4 times to enquire about an online order which was placed on the 27th march, tracking the order says in transit Wednesday 1st and delivery should be Thursday 2nd. Today is Saturday the 4th and no communication on my order.

On each call, I was told they will contact the courier to find out what's happening regarding my order and then placed on hold for about 15mins with no feedback in between.

Their online service is really bad as well as the contact centre.
