Online service from Makro is ****ty

If I could give zero rating I would. I placed an order on the first of May today is 9th of May. Order still not delivered. Most of the stuff has been canceled but when I look online for stock availability it shows stock available. They don't reach out ever to advise me whats causing the delay. I've called and held on for minutes on end. Their service is very poor. They make up addresses its just a mess. Your online service is ****ty you're not made for this
