Makro online is extremely useless and pathetic. I order a few products online that show "available for purchase" and then the following day i receive an invoice and not all the products are on there. Then instead of phoning me as the customer to let me know they don't have the products available when the site says they do and I was able to purchase them, they just refund me instead. This is a massive convenience for me as I bought enough products to receive free shipping and now if I want to order the product they have but in a different flavour I must now pay for courier for 6x energy drinks when they could have just asked me if I was happy to swop flavours which I was more than happy to do. How do your shelves and your systems not align with one another?? I can just imagine how bad stock takes must be each month when employees aren't competitent enough to check stock daily and update systems. It's pathetic really, and also why do your online store go on a wild goose chase to order products from 10 different branches that will come in 10 different deliveries instead of just 1? What an absolute waste of petrol and cost to the company aswell. Really this is a huge inconvenience for online customers. Fix your systems and delivery methods!!!!!
