Online Sales and App Useless

I used to shop online all the time. It was easy and convenient as I live in a small rural town. Every Sunday night I browsed through their catalogs and the "More4Less" category. In the catalogs you could select an item and place it directly into your basket. I would make payment and on Tuesday my order was delivered to my doorstep. They now changed their website /app which no longer have the facility of the catalogs neither do they have the More4Less category. They advertise specials but it is not available at the price advertised on the online shopping app. It is an absolute waist of time.

I have contacted Makro via email with no response. I then called them and the lady agreed that she also no longer find the app usefull but they changed it to make it more user friendly. Why change something when it works. If their own employees find the app unusable, surely they should notice that their online sales are down? Why not do something about it??
