Online return...no refund
I urge people NOT to buy from Makro Online as I had a defective product which was returned and despite numerous phone calls, and I even went to Makro personally, I am still waiting for my refund for over a month. The attitude presented by Makro staff stinks....

I wish to advise that I am an accountant and tax practitioner and hence I am quite diligent about matters as such. THIS MONEY (R499.95) HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT.
I presented my bank statement (on my phone)to the online manager at Makro Woodmead verify that this money was not refunded.
If YOU say that this was refunded to my account, then the onus is on YOU to provide me with proof thereof.
It is ********* for me to provide you with my bank statement because I am a professional person and such information is confidential.
