Online return refund - Money not received

I bought gym equipment online and wanted to return some of it as they were not all the same and plates did not fit on different bars. I could not return one of the items at the Milnerton branch and was told by the Branch Manager that i purchased this online (even though they returned some other items that was also purchased online). I was told that I had to log this online and will be collected. It was collected and the Refund was passed. This was back in July 2021. Today is the 09- October 2021 and the money is still not in my account. Ever time I call I am told that there was an issue and that they had returned the money to my account and will reflect after 7 business days. It never does and when I call back I am told the same story. When i called this week I was told that the money was paid to my account a month ago and could not provide me with the details of the account it was paid to. It is defintley not my bank account. I was told that someone will call me..........................................I AM STILL WAITING!!!!!!! Sure there is some internal ***** or they are just the most dishonest company.... Actually *****ing from one as they collected the stuff but don't pay the money back. I need answers.
