Online refund/help system is non-existant
Bought online, items were out of stock, was offered a refund, sent details through on the 16th of Aug for a refund. Still to this day has not even received acknowledgement that they got the details or when I'm getting my funds back. Tried contacting the person that offered refund...dead silence. it's like speaking into the void.
The only reason why I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because the delivery guys are good.
