ONLINE REFUND - YOU HAVE TO FIGHT LIKE HELL TO GET IT BACK AND THEN SOME WITH NO END IN SIGHT!!!

I posted this review a couple of weeks ago, I got the reply from Makro, I got the call...................and...........NOTHING!!!! NO REFUND!!! Loads of empty promises. I phoned the call centre and was told the refund was made in Aug, they send me a screen shot. At the bottom of the screenshot it clearly shows that there was an error and the trsf WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL! What a joke, What a sham. I WILL NOT STOP FIGHTING. ITS R3600. WTH?????

I have been fighting to get a R3000 refund back for stock I bought online and then returned, for the last 2 months. I have send proof of bank statements to show no money has been trsf. Bongani Kubheka went as far as saying that they back dated the refund to when I bought the stock, which was in May!! Utter nonsense, a refund cannot not be back dated 3 months. I then had to send more bank statements proving that I have not received the funds. No answer from Bongani, no refund from Makro!!! The utter disregard for the money Makro owes me is ridiculous. By now they have sold the stock again, so they have been paid twice. I have to cover the interest accrued on the credit card while I wait for the refund.
