Online Refund process

I have been waiting for over a month for a refund from Makro finance department I have received numerous mails from them asking for my details to process the refund and till this moment I have not received my refund.

On 3rd July i send all my details as requested to 'Phumzile Ngwenya and received no feedback after.

After sending numerous mails with regards to n update on my refund I received another mail from bongani kubheka on 26 July 2023 requesting the same details again to process my refund after sending my account details etc again to him, I heard nothing again and send updated mails again I also called the call center about 4times all feedback I get is " they are busy processing your refund"

On 28 July 2023 Grant Feldman "supervisor" responded to my mail and assured me that they are busy processing my refund and that he apologize for the delayed response..

Today is the 9 August 2023 I have still not received my refund.

I will never ever make use of your online service again because u pay for the products and then when done paying for your full order you let a person know some stock was not available and then you wait over a month for your refund. Horrible service for sure!!
