Online refund

I'm very disappointed with Makro,on the 30th of October I purchased projector & projector screen amounting to R7000 online.Projector was delivered on the 6th of October ,was waiting for projector screen to be delivered to my surprise I was told that it is out of stock I will be refunded on the 13 October 2023.On the it stated my refund was processed on the 13th of October till date I haven't received my refund.Sent emails,called the helpline number,chat to their WhatsApp number didn't get no answer.I am so disappointed,no more buying from Makro
