Online refund

I will never buy from Marko online ever again. They sent me cutlery that looked like rejects and still 2 months later, waiting for a refund. They are unorganised and give terrible service. Sent 3 mails, no reply. Phoned them 2x and still cannot get it right. I am terrible dissatisfied.
