Online Refund
I returned a Samsung Twin Tub Washing Machine to Makro Montague Gardens in Cape Town on the 22 Feb 2018 for a full refund.
My purchase receipt was stamped to indicate that it was cancelled for the refund but I am still waiting for the money to be refunded to my card.
This was an online purchase and Matthew from returns at Makro Montague Gardens said that the online department is responsible for action the refund.
This needs to be sorted out as a matter of urgency.
