Online purchasing terrible!

I purchased water blaster for my daughter's birthday party as a gift for the kids that will be attending. I placed my order on the 13.01.2025, i have been calling the contact centre for a few week to escalate this issues it is the 06.02.2025 no feedback and my daughters birthday is on Saturday 08.02.2025 Terrible service will never purchase from Makro again!!!!! also i want a refund cause it pointless!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
