online purchases & returns bad service indeed

Am very much disappointed in the way Makro online service has been handled i have bought goods in Dec which did not meet my expectation logged returns & followed up on numerous occasion but to this date i have not received feedback on Return Request Details: Date created 25 January 2025 called & follow up item still not collected and they have a 14 days TAT.
