Online purchases made in December, still not received.

I ordered some items online in the middle of December 2023 to be delivered to various addresses. One of the addresses was my work address. I went on leave just before Christmas and the items had still not been delivered. On my return, I checked the orders online and it noted that the items were delivered on 3 Jan 2024. Up until this minute, no one has been able to assist me in finding out where these items are or who signed for them as I definitely did not receive them. The courier used was The Courier Guy and the are unfortunately not very reliable to say the least. I have sent multiple emails to Makro, I called them only to be told they will get back to me. I've given them 1 star because you can't not give them a star.
