Online purchases at Makro
On 31st October 2024 I made an online purchase of toilet papers 1 pack which comprises 2x 48 toilet rolls and on the 6th November 2024 they delivered 1x48 rolls toilet paper pack instead of 2x48 rolls toilet paper pack. I contacted them now they said they will collect the pack and give me a refund. But I want them to deliver the other missing pack of 48 rolls. My order is MAK *** and the Reference number is ***. I do not understand why they do not want to deliver the other pack since they only delivered one. What can one do about this

19 Nov 2024, 09:03Good morning I have just received a phone call informing me that the supplier said they made a pricing mistake for the toilet papers pack of 2x48 toilet papers that is why they sent me 1x 48 toilet papers pack. How nice, no communication just deliver the incomplete order and say nothing. Is this how customers are treated ?now they say they will come and collet and refund me the money I paid for the order.
Who can help me with this one because it is not my mistake it is the mistake of one who typed the price. I know that in that case the customer still receive the goods at the advertised price.
Please help me . Is this the resolution you you said I was going to receive from Makro in this matter.

Why are you not willing to send the outstanding pack so that my order is complete as it is what I ordered online. Please send the outstanding pack which I have been requesting since the 6th November.

I once again requested the person to escalate my complain to someone with authority to resolve because I received an incomplete order. Now I am still waiting for the second pack of 48 toilet paper rolls to complete my order
