Online purchase with no updates status for the order.
I've ordered online from makro polokwane on the 2nd of May until today there is no update about my order and I'm supposed to receive my order on 8th May..I'm worried if I will receive it tomorrow or not because it seems like makro has bad reviews .

10 May 2025, 07:26The day refund was initiated, your consultant BONGANI didn't tell me about 7 to 14 days policy .he told me I will receive the money within 6 hours 🙄🙄of which it has passed.. do you train your workers to lie to clients???? In my condition do you think I deserve such treatment??? I need my money ASAP I want to buy bassinet for my baby. You have really caused me a huge distress and inconvenience. Makro I trusted you and liked you but after this poor online service 😢 I don't think I will ever buy online again
