Online Purchase with Instore Collection
I recently purchased a new laptop online from Makro with the in-store collection option. The online purchase was easy and convenient though only after the purchase was complete did I receive a notice that my purchase will only be ready for collection in 2 - 5 days. I needed to collect the laptop the next day and after a phone call, I was informed that the laptop will be ready for collection at 2 pm the following day.
The instore collection was not a pleasant experience, with poor signage and having to wait almost 20 mintues, though the staff member that assisted was friendly. Makro can definitely improve the online purchase with instore collection options, should super easy and convenient. #BlackFriday
