Online purchase that never came

I don’t know why I still buy at Makro after my last scandal. I ordered a perfume 2 weeks ago even now I haven’t received anything. When I call it’s a story after a story. Even today I’m still waiting for my parcel. I thought online will be better Makro is just Makro. They never take their customers serious.🚮
