ONLINE PURCHASE REFUND NON-EXISTENT

#MAK*** I made a purchase on their online platform just over a month ago. I cancelled the order thereafter. Since then, between making calls to the call center and sending emails to *** on the 3rd of April 2023, I STILL AWAIT MY REFUND. 7DAY REFUND PROMISE IS FALSE. I AM QUITE FRUSTRATED WITH MAKRO, YOU WOULD THINK SUCH A BIG COMPANY HAS THEIR DUCKS IN A ROW MXM.
