Online purchase refund

I cancelled an online order on Makro Online on the 27th of April 2025 and was told I would receive my refund after 7-14 days, I called customer service after those 14 days to enquire about my refund they told me they would escalate it and get back to me (which they didn’t), I called a few days later they kept hanging up the phone or they would leave me hanging on the line… I’m going on a month now and I have still not received my refund or any communication from Makro 💔
