Online Purchase Pending 2 weeks later

<p>I placed an order on the 5th and sent my proof of payment the very same date. to date I have not received my order. I sent my proof of payment to all the makro emails and two personal emails, Pfarelo and Mbali but no one has gotten back to me. I called yesterday 19/12 and Katlego advised that Mbali will call me, still today no call has been received. I have read receipts of the emails I sent but no one gives me feedback. I requested a refund, nothing as yet. It looks like Ive lost my money and my order. Highly disappointed in MAKRO and their online team.</p>
