online purchase not yet delivered

late delivery for online purchase for black friday. have to wait 7 to 14 days. purchase made 21.11.2018. we tried to change to collection thinking that we could get items but find out there would be a further delay. was also advised that if we had to request for delivery again we will have to pay 70 rand again. was advised that items awaiting fulfillment about 2 days ago. the purchase was done using my brothers makro card since the website was having issues on that day.
