Online purchase never fulfilled.

I’ve had a good run with Makro and ended up opening a store credit with them. Lately they’ve been disappointing me. From delivering incomplete orders to non communication about refunds or even responding to me. I’ve emailed them twice and called them too. All I’m told is that my matter has been escalated. I’m done with them.
