Online purchase Makro Strubens Valley (MAK731767)

I made a purchase of liquor online on 24/11/2017, this was for a function on 02/12/2017. On 29 /11/2017 I was promised it would be delivered on 01/12/2017. At 13:00 on 01/12/2017 nothing had been delivered so I went down to the store to find out what’s happening. I was told they will deliver first thing the next morning. I returned to the store the next morning to find that my order had not even been processed for dispatch. By this time I was ready to blow . I told them to cancel it an till today after numerous phone Calls my money has not been refunded. It’s 03/01/2017. I have never had such pathetic service from any Makro store. It seems that honesty is not important at that store. I am disappointed in Makro Strubens Valley. But most of all I want my money.
