Online purchase link not working for a one day sale item

<p>Hi there,</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday i recieved an email for a one day purchase sale item it was for a xfx Radeon rx480 8gb custom tuned oc graphics card for R1899 when clicking on the item it did not go to the purchase check out box, so i could not purchase the item it just took me to the makro webpage where i the item could not be found. I phoned the ********** 999 number was tranfered to the online department spoke to Daluxolo who asked me to forward him the email with the sale item and then he took my number and promised to phone me back in five min. Needless to say i never recieved a call back i tried to email him again and i got no reply. I then tried phoning again a few hours later eventually i got through after my call was cut numorous times. I got through to Daluxolo who inititially didnt even remember the call asked for my number again it took a while to remind him what the call was about he advised i would recieve feedback in 24 hours needless to say after the service i recieved i find that very hard to believe. To cut a long story short i would like to purchase the one day sale item as advertised yesterday. You more than welcome to listen to the calls and check Daluxolos mail box for the sent items.</p> <p>Kind regards</p> <p> </p>
