Online purchase

I purchased a standing mirror online in December 2024 and was informed the product would arrive 28 December 2024, i received an sms a few days later stating the product is not in stock and would receive a refund, i ordered a different product online and confirmation of my purchase was provided and scheduled delivery was going to be 11 Jan 2025 however once again got a cancellation message 2-3 days later. I am not happy as both occasions the product was available online to purchase and each time the call center stated there is stock. Really not happy about being mislead
