Online purchase delays!!

Order no MAK ********** . Poor service on my online purchase. I regret using it is online purchasing service. I still don't have an indication of when my order will be delivered. Call centre is not knowledgeable and does not know when delivery will be made.. he indicated that I could collect but there is one item out of stock in the store... in which case I cannot collect.
