ONLINE PURCHASE CANCELLED WITHOUT CONSENT

I purchase a game " need for speed" and I received a notification that I will receive in ten working days. Today I receive an e mail that Makro has decided to cancel my order because they can't deliver, I will be refunded. That is a gift for my son, not negotiable they must just deliver. What nonsense is this. Why do you put an item online when you don't have enough stock. I wantthat item.
