Online purchase blues

Bought a water tank online and it was delivered within 2 days! However the tap was broken, only noticed after delivery man had left, and I have been asking for over a week for them to collect the tank and replace it with one that is not faulty. It is mission impossible. I am spending lots of airtime and getting nowhere with their call centre.
