Online purchase at Markro Riverside

I made an online purchase with my standard bank ucount card to the value of a mere R150. I changed my mind, went in store to revervse the transaction. (12 Novmber 24)

I had then been informed that it will take up to 14 weeks. It has still not been sorted out still today, different people keep telling me different things.

This is where I do my monthly shopping, yet I have to deal with an escalation after an escalation for R150?

We are are heading for Christmas next week, and I am still chasing Makro for R150. Wow!
