Online Product delivery quality - shocking / used products been sold!

This must be the worst online service ever - the quality of the products they send out is disgusting - this is my 3 time having this experience with them. 1st they send us expired milk and tell me to come return it at the store but this was an online order - 2nd they send us melted chocolate - which the collected / exchanged - yesterday we ordered spray bottles - they came to us as 2 of them have lids, 2 don't, also seems like water was in them and the 1 lid does not even match the color of the bottle - absolutely shocking and unbelievable product delivery. the online service ordering is wonderful till you get your products!
