The online platform is absolutely inconvenient, there is no guidance from the website and they cancel orders due to lack of stock when there is no mention of the stock available when considering to purchase. Once the order has been placed and the order has been processed they automatically cancel after the whole payment process has been done with a time frame of a two week waiting period for the refund. This is a shortfall on their part and leaves the consumers in circumstances where nothing can be done. This is unacceptable and should be dealt with.
