Online Pickup is a Joke
<p>I choose to order a few items, delivery was set at R200 which is redicolous considering delivery was less than 3km. So I decided to order online and pick up. I got the confirmation quickly, and went to collect. Makro Woodmead has signs showing where the collection point is, and nothing after that. You walk into a small warehouse where there are no signs and all the staff ignores you. Boxes are piled high and sticking out at odd angles. Eventually I find a desk where I'm told to see an Operator - who proptly snatches the confirmation from my hand and ignores me for several minutes. After asking what's happening, I get told that there's no easy way to find my order and I can go look for it myself if I want to. In summary - Terrible experience, crazy delivery cost, and it took as long to collect an online order than to stand in the normal queue. Do not use Makro Online Ordering!</p>
