Online Orders Takes Forever - Horrible Service.

Makro I need my order, I placed an order 28 days ago and you estimated delivery date was 21 days at most. 21 days passed, no update from your side, none of your consultants got the answers. A normal business would know that there is no stock and they'd give that answer and an option either to whether for specified number of days or get a refund. You Makro just continue with your days as usually. How come you have no idea when are you going to deliver to someone who has paid money already. I am disappointed and I vow to never buy anything online from you. in the meantime, please I need my order delivered and I don't have airtime to calling you every day.
