Online orders not deliver

I have order goods online on 10 August 2022. I have received half of the order 5 days later but on date (25 August) I still have not receive rest of my order. Contacting their custom services numerous time but they can't give me a satisfying answer, in fact no valuable answer. Last query they told me address was incomplete so courier couldn't deliver but it is an excuse as address online is correct and they deliver some of the goods. On their tracking it show since 11 August it has been packed but no other update. So be very cautious buying online from Makro
