Online orders ignored

I placed an order online last weekend for pickup at the store. According to Makro's confirmation it would take 2 to 5 working days for pickup. Tomorrow if day 5 and according to the website they are still processing my order. I try to phone them to sort this out and their phones aren't working, no email address on the website to email them. How are we supposed to get any service? Useless useless useless so irritated now it's not funny. I have to have this order tomorrow and can't get hold of anyone, what am I supposed to do??????

Thank you. After 10 calls to 3 different numbers and over half an hour of being on hold I finally managed to get hold of someone and cancel my order. I definitely won't be using you again when there are more reliable companies around.
