Online orders from Makro does not happen in 2-5 days

I am very angry and the company to blame for my anger is Makro Bloemfontein. On the 16th September 2024 I placed a order for pantry products, paid my order and received an email stating, order confirmed. On the 17th September 2024 I got an email stating order "packed". And I wait, check every day on my Makro app and nothing has changed. On my order it said delivery 21st September 2024, so I wait. On Makro website it reads when you place an order and they hand the order to the courier, the courier will sent you a sms. Saturday the 21st September 2024 I called the Makro call center, the call center agent inform me that the store "Makro Bloemfontein" will contact me before 3, and I wait. At 3:15 I made another call to the call center informing them off the problem and that no one from the store has contacted me. After 20 minutes the manager called me, he said his name was Kia. I asked about my order and he told me that my order was handed to the courier on the 17th September 2024. In the mean time I check back on my app and my order states still reads, order packed, NOT stating it was handed to the courier. I seeing red flags. I asked this manager for a tracking number, which he gives me. I check the courier website (NO PARCEL FOUND). I cannot believe that he gave me the wrong tracking number. When I asked him where my order is he said that once Makro handed the order to the courier they don't have control of it any more and he does not know where my order is, his words where... Well maybe it will get delivered some time next week. I did not have words, Makro promise delivery between 2-5 days. Sunday I contact the call center on their Whatsupp nr, explain my problem and was told that they have asked the store what was going on and that they would get back to me. I received the correct tracking number via the Whatsupps chat, I checked it and my suspicions has been confirmed. A waybill has been created but NO parcel has been collected. Yesterday a call from Makro was placed to me but when I answered they put the phone down in my ear. Today is Monday the 23 September 2024 and nobody has made or attempted to contacted me again. I have emphysema and cannot take this stress.
