Online orders do not deliver

Makro Online Shopping is a joke. I bought a fridge on 28 January and paid extra for delivery. To date nothing is delivered. Calling the call centre on a daily basis, now they cannot trace my order. I was transferred at some stage to Mapule, who seems to be the manager, and she promised a call back to confirm delivery. Well, Mapule it is evident that you taught the call centre agents, because just as them, you didn't call back. You have turned the world's most convenient type of shopping into a nightmare. I will ensure to tell everybody I know about your lack of service
