Online orders are useless!!!

I ordered a washing machine online Friday 29 November 24, it was due to to arrive Monday 2 December, I have phoned everyday, no one can tell me when it is going to be delivered. they all just check on the tracking that i can see online and tell me it is still in order is in progress. No one can tell me how long I am going to wait, no one has a cooking clue whats going on. If I knew it was so useless i would have never order online!!!!±
