Online orders are pathetic!!!!!!!

I purchased a fridge from them because I recently moved and needed one. I received an e-mail from them which said my order is expected by the 17th of May. The 17th came and still no updates on my order, so I gave them a call to find out what was going on. I spoke to customer service and they said my order would arrive in the next 2 days. Friday the 19th came and NOTHING!!!! I've called them countless times and each time it was a different response, from an IT problem to them being too busy and not having a direct line with the delivery company etc. Today is the 26th and still no update on my order and in the meanwhile my food is getting spoiled... This retailer is *********** and pathetic and its clear that they have no sense of urgency or customer care.
The Hello Peter team hasn't even responded after writing this reply or sending me an email. I haven't heard anything back from them! So I went to one of their stores (Strubensvalley Makro was the closest) and the service there is just as bad as the online one. No one seemed to care! They it friendly person was the guy who directed me to the right department. But they gave me the same answers as the online customer care service consultants. They even wanted me to make the phone call in order to find out what's going on with my order. Like hell! I spent all my airtime calling them already with nothing coming of it!
I decided enough is enough and went to the Clearwater mall across the road. There, I found a game and placed my order for a fridge. I literally received my fridge the next day. Their customer service was fantastic and even though the guy helping me seemed like he was newly employed, he was super nice and got the job done quickly! I'm super satisfied with Game Clearwater Mall's services and will definitely buy from them again!
As for Makro, I'm now waiting to get my refund.
Makro won't ever see me again!!
